  Kelly Ellis    Head Honcho  ceo : visionary : defender of the mission  Kelly joined the Einstein Project in 2013. Kelly brings substantial experience to the Einstein Project from her time as a Resource Development Director at Brown County United Way and as the Executive Director for On Broadway, Inc. Her honors and awards include Leadership Green Bay (2014), Future 15, 40 Under 40 award, and summa cum laud in her BS – Business Management degree from UW-Green Bay.

  Annie Goffard    Left-handed, Right-Hand Woman  executive assistant : finance : human resources  Prior to joining our team in November 2013, Annie was a successful certified in-home family daycare provider for eight years. She also gained accounting and human resource experience from a small benefits company for three years. She holds a double BS degree in Accounting and Management from UW-Green Bay.  Annie is currently in the process of becoming HR certified by  SHRM .

Prior to joining our team in November 2013, Annie was a successful certified in-home family daycare provider for eight years. She also gained accounting and human resource experience from a small benefits company for three years. She holds a double BS degree in Accounting and Management from UW-Green Bay.  Annie is currently in the process of becoming HR certified by SHRM.

 

  Chad Janowski    Learning Architect  curriculum design : kit development : education advisor  Chad started with the Einstein Project in March 2017.  He spent 18 years in the classroom as a high school biology and environmental science instructor.  He strives to make his passion for science and learning contagious.  Chad has worked with the Professional Development Committee of the Wisconsin Society of Science Teachers (WSST), and was a founding member of the Science Futures Program which cultivates leadership and excellence in science instruction in Wisconsin.  Chad received the Excellence in Science Education Award from WSST and in 2016, he was named Outstanding Biology Teacher of the Year by the National Association of Biology Teachers.

Dennis joined the Einstein Project team in Fall 2017. He spent three years co-founding, managing, and serving as the executive director of the nonprofit, Proto, Inc.; a youth-focused makerspace.  From 1993-2015, Dennis held various technical, product development and design positions in the packaging industry with WS Packaging, Belmark, Inc., Kimberly-Clark Corp. and Wild Blue Technologies.  Skye Millhiser   Makerspace Maven  makerspace & program assistance  Joining our team in Spring of 2018, Skye comes to the Einstein Project after being a dedicated Registered Nurse at two of Green Bay’s hospitals. She has over 10 years of experience providing direct patient care in emergency and/or trauma situations. In 2010, Skye transitioned into being a stay-at-home mom to rise her three daughters who are all makers and creators, themselves. Then in 2015, she joined forces with Valley View Elementary School to continue the success of designing and running events in the Library Makerspace. She does this work in partnership with other Ashwaubeon educators.

She has over 10 years of experience providing direct patient care in emergency and/or trauma situations. In 2010, Skye transitioned into being a stay-at-home mom to rise her three daughters who are all makers and creators, themselves. Then in 2015, she joined forces with Valley View Elementary School to continue the success of designing and running events in the Library Makerspace. She does this work in partnership with other Ashwaubeon educators.

  April Pingel    Ambassador of Buzz  marketing : events : volunteerism  April joined our team in August 2015. She brings extensive experience from her role as a Marketing & Events Coordinator at LaForce. April holds her degree in Communication-Rhetoric from Ripon College, where she began working with local nonprofits as an Americorps Vista.

Natalie spent the last seven years running an in-home daycare, where she coordinated various children's school and activity schedules. She also managed three employees during this time. Prior to opening her own business, she was part of the East Coast Customer Service team at Schneider National. In the past, Natalie also worked for Benefit Advantage, in which she over saw the flex spending accounts.

Currently, she is a member of the UWGB band, pep-band and assisting with Destination Imagination.

Autumn joined our team as a summer intern in 2016. Autumn, a native of Green Bay, is currently studying at UW-Green Bay and plans to graduate with a triple major in Spanish, Creative Writing, and Science Communications in 2020. When she was younger, she was an Einstein kid, participated in Destination Imagination and had a passion for creating. Currently, she is a member of the UWGB band, pep-band and assisting with Destination Imagination.
