creativity scrimmages and tinkering

What’s included?

One hour of your visit will be spent testing your creative powers in one or more of our Creativity Scrimmages - where teams of students will take on challenges of engineering, design, communication or storytelling.

The other hour will include time in our makerspace to build an open-ended tinkering project to take home! We can adjust this to follow a theme or prompt if there is subject matter you’d like to focus on.

Chaperones

We do not charge for chaperones, but we put them to work! Each team must have a chaperone that encourages the teams to do their best work and helps with keeping them on task. Activities are facilitated by our staff, but teams are guided by their chaperones.
